If you are a fan of Guild Wars 2 and are craving for more Heart of Thorns information there are a couple of amazing announcements for you then. The first Heart of Thorns beta weekend event for pre-purchasers will be going live in an early preview at Gamescom.
Guild Wars 2: Heart Of Thorns At Gamescom 2015
If you are attending Gamescom 2015 then you will have the opportunity to experience an exclusive Heart Of Thorns beta with a playable demo on the Gamescom show floor. The demo will showcase a portion of the available content for attendees from Wednesday, August 5th, until the end of Sunday, August 9th, at the Twitch booth, where ArenaNet will be live streaming demos and special programming.
Worldwide Beta Weekend
If you are not able to attend Gamescom fret not, ArenaNet will be launching the first official beta weekend event for players who have pre-purchased Guild Wars 2: Heart Of Thorns during the show. This weekend test will run from 9 pm CEST on Friday, August 7th, up until 9 pm CEST on Monday, August 10th.
Players will be able to test the new Revenant class and experience some of the story instances. Additionally, the elite specializations will be live during this test as will the mastery system. ArenaNet will also be looking for feedback on the changes that they have made to the revenant since their last testing event since the addition of weapon swap and new additional messaging for key events in Stronghold.
