Overwatch will be celebrating it’s third year anniversary this month. In fact, it starts next week on May 21st and it will continue through June 10th. During the event, players will be able to collect new skins, sprays, participate in special events and more!
This year, of course, they are bringing in new skins and this anniversary will include six legendary skins and three epic skins as well as new dances for the three latest characters (Baptiste, Ashe, Wrecking Ball).
During the event when you login in you will receive one bonus Legendary Anniversary Loot Box this loot box will guarantee you one legendary grade item. Additionally, if you purchase a 50 box bundle you will get an extra legendary box for free.
Also, previous seasonal event loot will be included in the loot boxes for the duration of the event.
Finally, starting May 21st through the 28th Blizzard will be offering a free trial and new cosmetic items will be announced through the week as well. If you want to be prepared to try the game out on the 21st you can begin downloading it now and on the 21st when the event starts you should be able to log in and start playing!
