Harrison Ford Loved Solo: A Star Wars Story

Han Solo Movie

It is a little strange seeing what we know as Han Solo together with Alden Ehrenreich (who is playing young Han solo in the upcoming movie). Harrison Ford making the character famous indicated that Ehrenreich has done a phenomenal job, Ford gave both him and the film his blessing as he loves the new movie.

The new Han Solo, Alden wanted nothing more than to sit down the Han who came before him before he took on the role. During the Solo press conference, he detailed meeting with the infamous actor. “Right before we started shooting, I wanted to talk to Harrison [Ford], just to kind of pay respect and have him give us the blessing for the film,” the Solo star explained. “So we had lunch, I guess, two years ago, and he was really encouraging and really supportive, and then we went off and shot the film.”

Harrison Ford’s support didn’t stop there, Ehrenreich had bumped into him just before the press conference stating the following. “And today, I was doing an interview, and they were talking about, ‘Is there anything else you’d like to ask him. Because he’s…’ And I was like, ‘Well…’ [The interviewer replied] ‘Well you have your chance.’ And he was behind me.”

The movie is set to release on May 25th and is expected to break several box office records when it releases.
