Wargaming has officially announced the global release of World Of Tanks for Xbox One. The game allows players who are on the Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions of the game to play together. The games graphics have also been improved, and there is a new Player Versus Environment mode called the proving grounds.
If a player is using the same Xbox Live sign in between the Xbox 360 and Xbox One version then they will be able to carry over their achievements, in-game research, and technology tree progress. Voice chat has also been implemented for both versions of World Of Tanks allowing players to communicate with one another while on the battlefield. While the game is free to download it still requires that you have an active Xbox Gold membership in order to play and if you are one of the few fans who installed the beta version of the game then you will receive a special T1E6-X1 premium tank.
World Of Tanks was launched 4 years ago as a game for the PC and since then has evolved into an extremely popular real-time strategy game. It has received raved reviews from GameSpot, MMORPG.com and other review websites.
