After a very successful kick starter in 2014, that raised more than $115,000 and after years in early access (or beta access), Hover: Revolt Of Gamers, has finally become available on PC, Mac, and Linux Devices.
Three developers from three different companies took their passion for Sega’s 2000 hit of Jet Set Radio, and took a modern twist on it. In this world all video games are outlawed and are illegal and its your job to fight back against this cruel oppression. This is done through vandalizing, propaganda, and aiding your fellow citizens with the same parkour moves of Jet Set Radio.
The game launches with nine playable characters, two open world maps, four stages, and a multiplayer game mode. In multiplayer you can play with or against one another in races, chases, mini games, and more!
Hover also features 17 original electronic songs by Jet Set Radio composer Hideki Naganuma. The full score is available as DLC.
